Greg was born in Halifax, Nova Scotia, as well as an actor, he’s also a skydive enthusiast with experience in over 1100 jumps.

How long have you been a part of the industry?
I actually have been involved in the industry since the mid 90’s. Though I had no connections or understood how this all worked, I learned by trial and error. It was very tough, but I finally did meet some great people who helped me along that way.

What inspired you to pursue acting?
I was more drawn to acting than anything else. I always wanted to be a part of a cool sci-fi film, or an intense dramatic series, or a reenactment of a real life Western character. I was never one to settle on just one thing. I’m versatile.

What work are you most proud of recently?
In 2015 I booked a Co-Star role on Gotham! I was SO unbelievably excited! That was a show I had always wanted to be a character on. If I had been a supporting or lead actor on that series, it would have been the ultimate dream win, but I was still very happy to have at least gotten booked on it no matter what.

As for anything recent, a webseries I had a supporting role in name “The Deep State” was a great opportunity and really enjoyed playing the role of “Vance Kepley”. It would be great if someone picked it up and could help fund it. The director / writer Tom Zanca has some great episodes written.

What advice would you give to folks in the industry?
My answer here mainly pertains to actors, but also applies to other areas of entertainment too. You are going to have to be persistent in your endeavors. You have to make a serious choice. ie: (Is this something I really want to do as a career, and am I willing to make financial and social sacrifices to achieve my goals).

This is a journey, and hopefully one that you have given some serious thought too and able to achieve. Bookings may come quicker to some than others, but don’t let that discourage you. Remember, this is about you, not everyone else, so try not to constantly compare yourself to others, and that can be hard to do at times.

We are all different and fit into different categories in different times of our lives.
Try to be the best “true self” you can be when auditioning or acting in front of the camera or on stage. Remember, no one, and I mean no one is perfect by any means, so don’t try to be.

How do you stay motivated and active in your career?
I keep on submitting for projects I feel fit me. I do projects with friends, I watch my friends and others on shows or films that they book. I also watch and re-watch shows and movies that make me laugh or keep me riveted with intense action.

What are you working on now?
Currently I have two projects with friends that are slated for this spring and summer.
