How long have you been a part of the industry?
I decided to pursue a career in acting in 2008. I had no experience or connections of any kind. I had faith in myself and that’s enough. I thank my family for their ongoing support.
What inspired you to pursue acting, writing, directing?
I was inspired to play characters as a kid. I would mimic characters from the Ghostbusters or Ninja Turtles. Later I discovered the Al Pacino films “Carlitos Way” and “Scent of a Woman” and realized that it this was something I really wanted to do, and could do, given the right opportunity.
As for writing, I get inspired by real-life situations or people and I let my imagination go from there. One of my favorite projects that I wrote called “Tell Me Something Good” came from a boss I had years ago. He would ask his employees to Tell Me Something Good – Somehow I created a story about a psychotic kidnapper just from that line. Writing is a truly limitless art. As for Directing, I’ve done very little but I’m open to the idea in the future. My fiance Jayleen S Perez has the talent for Directing. She is an inspiration.

What work are you most proud of recently?
I’m proud of my character work in the Narrow Bridge Films feature “Yellow Scare” and “Cabin of Errors” (both available on Amazon Prime Video) Also, the Jayleen S Perez thriller short “Air B & D” (still in the festival circuit) Also, my role as T-Rav in upcoming comedy/horror feature called “Cult of Blood” starring Dave Sheridan and Felissa Rose.
I also play the second lead in an upcoming psychological thriller “New and Forever” with Joe Vrola and Yuval David. Both of those films will be released in 2022.
It was also really cool to have a scene as Police Officer Rourke in “The Elevator” starring Eric Roberts. The Pope of Greenwich Village is one of my favorite movies so it was fun to meet him.
I’m honored to be listed as Notable Alumni (on the official website) at New York Film Academy
What advice would you give to fellow actors, writers, directors?
My best advice to actors is borrowed from the brilliant Sean Newman of “Frog Boyz” (animated comedy). He told me years ago “Do your best work and move on to the next project”.
How do you stay motivated and active in your career?
The success of my friends and peers motivates me to do better. I’m a supporter. Great work inspires me. I stay active by creating my own self-produced short films. I also enjoy networking at film festivals. It’s a great way to get your work seen by industry people and have fun at the same time.
What are you working on now?
At the moment I’m working on a secret Sci-Fi Pilot. I wish I could say more but I can confirm that I’ll also be acting in a feature film called “Mixxer” with a talented cast including Tara Reid. I can’t wait to meet her. I’m a big fan!
